Most of the men don’t lean into their emotions to vent.

When I look around, I don't want to keep it based on one gender but as per my experience yet.
Repression of emotions takes a toll on a person. Men are emotional too. Stick with me on this thought.
Have you seen a guy getting super excited while discussing a game and most popularly “Football”? If you look closely, It's like an emotional rollercoaster they go through to celebrate their club and being loyal despite their current form. Following each game and players closely to even discuss their Fantasy Premier League. Don't get them started by saying a word against the game or their club. They will instantly smash you with facts, news, and numbers filled with emotions. The claps, high fives, and hugs after a good game say a lot about the varied emotions. Pure passion and love. You witness this range of emotions easily and often because it's seen as what a man should do. This defines masculinity.
Showing emotions otherwise is not a sign of masculinity. But who is setting these rules? Why does a man who expresses himself and shows his emotions given names and is called out? Asked to “Man up”?

Aren't we all to blame collectively? Because this issue is still persistent. Have we unconsciously or unintentionally played a part in this?
How can we change it? How can I/we celebrate men around me? Who truly deserves it. How do we make them feel more seen and heard? Well, that's one question we need to put our thoughts on.
No more turning blind eye to this issue.
